Export Options

Export to DOCX is in beta as of July 2025. If you wish to use this feature before it is generally available, please contact your CSM to activate beta features for your Org, or send an email to Support@people.ai

Export Options contains predefined setup for export functionality that is applied to each specific ClosePlan and/or Account Plan Template. You can define PDF Presets and upload Microsoft DOCX and PPTX Templates to use in the Export Wizard.

Export Options are located in ClosePlan Admin > Template/Version (Opportunity Plan or Account Plan Templates) > Export Options Tab

  1. Name and Version of Template

  2. Export Options tab

  3. PDF Preset section - Displays a list of PDF Export Presets

    1. Click Add to add a preset PDF export Preset

      1. A modal will open to name the Preset

      2. Clicking on the name will open the preset options.

  4. Document Template section - Displays a list of DOCX and PPTX Templates

    1. Click Upload or Drag Files to add a PPTX or DOCX Template
