Export to PPTX and DOCX is in beta as of March 2025. If you wish to use this feature before it is generally available, please contact your CSM to activate beta features for your Org, or send an email to Support@people.ai

Export Options contains predefined setup for export functionality that is applied to each specific Plan Template. You can define PDF Presets and upload Microsoft Work and Powerpoint Templates to use in the Export Wizard.

Export Options are located in the ClosePlan Admin > Templates (Opportunity Plan or Account Plan Templates) > Export Options Tab

  1. Name and Version of Template

  2. Export Options tab

  3. PDF Preset section - Displays a list of PDF Export Presets

  4. Document Template section - Displays a list of DOCX and PPTX Templates
