Import / Export Templates

Export Template Data

To Import or Export templates, please navigate to ClosePlan Admin tab > Import / Export / Upgrade

Open

Exports all template data for download as an Excel file. The exported file can be used to import data to any other organization, Sandbox or Production. 

• Select the Template/Templates you would like to export

• Click Start Export

• When the process is completed, click on Download Result to download the data in excel file.

Import Template Data

Uploads previously exported template files. Importing Data allows you to migrate existing ClosePlan data to different organizations, such as Sandboxes or vice versa.

• Click Upload Files and select your file.

• Drag your file over Or drop files

Open

• Click Import Data to start processing the template and Confirm.
