Export Documents to MS Powerpoint / Word

Introduction
Document export functionality provides Users with a solution for exporting content to Microsoft Word (DOCX) and PowerPoint (PPTX) formats. It is designed to enhance productivity by producing editable files with these widely-used Microsoft Office applications. These files can later be imported to other tools like Google suite.
Document Export preserves original formatting and structure as defined in the template document while having access to provided datapoints, making it ideal for custom reports or presentations.
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites are required to export to PPTX and DOCX formats:
Configure the 2 required Trusted URLs in Salesforce Setup.
Gear Icon > Quick Find search for ‘Trusted URLs’
Add following trusted urls listed below:
https://*.people.aihttps://view.officeapps.live.com
The endpoint https://*.people.ai must be added as a Trusted URL with all directive activated in order to render Powerpoint or Word export document
The endpoint https://view.officeapps.live.com must be added as Trusted URL with frame-src directive activated for Powerpoint or Word previews.
Enabled Microsoft Live preview if required (by default it is disabled).
ClosePlan Admin > General Tab > Document Export Options > Microsoft Document Export.
Limitations

This feature is currently in beta and may undergo changes. Functionality and performance are subject to modification based on user feedback and ongoing development. Your understanding and input during this testing phase are greatly appreciated.
Out-of-the-box Templates currently not available
There are currently no generic ready-made document templates that can be used immediately with any plan template.
The subscriber must create their own document templates and upload them to a specific Plan Template version.
OOTB templates are subject to future development.
Live Preview
Currently available only for documents smaller then 4MB.
Data Privacy
The data used to generate the output document is sent and processed on the People.ai side.
The data is not shared with any third party.
Data is not stored or retained in any way after processing is completed.
If Microsoft Live Preview is enabled generated report that has been created in Salesforce will be temporarily accessible online for 2 minutes through a content distribution link.
