Available Modules
The General tab allows Admins to enable which ClosePlan features and functions are presented to their Users.
There are 3 modules that appear on the Opportunity page(s): ClosePlan Playbook, ClosePlan Deal Scorecard and ClosePlan Relationship Mapping
Select which modules will appear to Users in ClosePlan App
= will appear in ClosePlan App
= will not appear in ClosePlan App
Click Save to save your settings
Some ClosePlan customers may not have access to all modules. Refer to your customer agreement for complete details.
Customization
Rename Modules
ClosePlan modules can be renamed to match preferences or working languages in your Org.
Click on 'Rename Modules'
In the Modal make changes to the Module Names and click 'Save Changes'
Module renaming requires Translation Workbench to be enabled with English (en_US) language.
In case you are using separate tabs for each ClosePlan module in Lightning Page (Lightning) or Sections in Page Layout (Classic), make sure you update tab/section labels as well.
Labels are saved asynchronously. It can take time until changes are applied due to caching.
Note: Additional renaming actions may require activating the Translation Workbench such as renaming Stakeholder Attributes. Therefore we recommend activating the Translation Workbench.
Document Export Options
Exported PDFs can be customized to match preferences in your Org.
Click on 'Document Export Options'
In the Modal, make the changes to the individual selections as needed and click 'Save Changes'
Page Format
Choose between A4 or Letter size
Cover Page
Image: Upload an image to appear on the Cover Page
Background Color: Default selection is #0068E5
Foreground Color: Default is #FFFFF
Footer
Image: Ideal size is 300 x 100 pixels
Default selection is the ClosePlan logo
Text: Maximum 3 lines of text, 125 characters per line
Misc
Heading Color: Default is #00000
Link Color: Default is #0B5CAB
Click Save Changes
Task Options
Provides configuration options related to Salesforce Tasks
Click on 'Task Options'
In the Modal, make the changes to the individual selections as needed.
Default Task Record Type
Provides the options to select a Global preferred Record Type. Users can then skip the Record Type selection step when creating new Tasks from ClosePlan. Users must have access to the selected Record Type based on profile settings, otherwise this setting will be ignored.
Default Account Plan Task Record Type
This option overrides the Global Task Record Type for the Account Plan module. If no value is selected, the Global preferred Record Type will be used.
Default Opportunity ClosePlan Task Record Type
This option overrides the Global Task Record Type for the Opportunity ClosePlan Plan module. If no value is selected, the Global preferred Record Type will be used.
Retrieve Page Layout Configuration
If more than one Task Page Layout is deployed, or the default Task Page Layout is renamed, clicking this button will retrieve and store the Task Page Layouts to ensure functionality.
Select the Task Record Types you need according to your Orgs settings.
Click Save Changes
Note: Task Record Type access is driven by Profiles. Please ensure that the Profiles that need access to the chosen Task Record Type are assigned access.
Search Options
Select fields from the Opportunity Object to be referenced in the search process in places such as Account Planning search, cloning ClosePlans etc.
Select max 5 items and move them from Available to Selected
Click 'Save Changes'
