Known Installation Issues

Very rarely, ClosePlan installation may be prevented.  Installation may reveal that large Organizations are at their limit of certain Fields, running older releases or are missing Salesforce database components.

These limits must be addressed before ClosePlan can be installed.

Older Salesforce Release

None, General Organization

Installation may be prevented if your organization is still running an older Salesforce release. In such case, you must wait until Salesforce is upgraded.

Please refer to Salesforce Trust to find out when will your organization will receive the latest update.

  • Open the current month maintenance and find the correct row based on your server instance (ie. EU17, etc.).

  • To find your server instance name, login to Salesforce, open Setup > Company Information and look for the Instance field.
