Overview

The Opportunity Widget provides a quick view of the ClosePlan Opportunity and allows Users to export, create snapshots, recalculate permissions and delete ClosePlans from Opportunities.

Accessing the Opportunity Widget

The Opportunity Widget is added to the Opportunity layout during Workspace Configuration (Add ClosePlan Overview Widget in Lightning)

The Opportunity Overview Widget is normally placed on the Opportunity Layout page in the right column

Please note: Some organizations may choose not to place the opportunity Overview Widget on the Opportunity Page Layout.

1. Name and version of Template

2. Export Button

3. Gear Icon (Provides access to Export options, Permission Recalculation and Delete. More info below)

4. Scorecard - Overview with percentage completed

5. Playbook - Overview with percentage completed

6. Past Due - Shows the number of past due Events in the Playbook

7. Note Started - Shows the number of Events in the Playbook that have not been started

8. In Progress - Shows the number of Events in the Playbook that are in progress

Gear Icon

• PDF Export (beta) - Opens the Opportunity Export Wizard (beta feature) in a new tab

• Export Summary - Opens the ClosePlan Export Modal from which Users can export the Opportunity ClosePlan

• Create Snapshot - Creates a snapshot to show a particular point in time during the sales motion and stores the snapshot in the Opportunity Overview Widget

• Recalculate Permissions - Recalculate Permissions can establish and/or repair access to Events in the Playbook for Users involved in the Opportunity, Users who are on the Opportunity Team or when ownership of the Opportunity changes.

• Delete ClosePlan - Allows Users to delete the Opportunity ClosePlan
