Report type: Opportunities with ClosePlans - (Standard Report Type)

Groups, Columns and Filters

Group Rows

Columns:

  • Event Progress %

  • Owner Role

  • Opportunity Owner

  • Account Name

  • Opportunity Name

  • Fiscal Period

  • Amount

  • Expected Revenue

  • Age

  • Close Date

  • Created Date

  • Lead Source

  • Type

Set the following Fields to Average:

  • Event Progress %

  • Amount

  • Expected Revenue

  • Age

Filters

Filter as needed. Example filtering:

  • Show Me: All Opportunities

  • Close Date: All Time

  • Opportunity Status: Closed

  • Probability: All

  • Event Progress %: greater than 5%

Chart Properties

 

  • Display As: Stacked Bar

  • Chart TItle: As needed

  • Y-Axis: Playbook Completion %

  • X-Axis: Record Count

  • Stack By: Stage

  • Stack to: 100%

  • Legend Position: Right
