Close Date: Current and Previous FY
Opportunity Status: Closed
Probability: All
Type: New Customer
(or as needed according to your Org settings)
Type: equals Existing Customer - Upgrade, Existing Customer - Replacement
(Or as needed according to your Org settings)
CP: Has Deal: greater than 0
Step 2: Add filter logic
Click the down arrow to the right of Filters > Add Filter Logic
Add Formula: Include Rows Matching: 2 AND (1 OR (3 AND 4))
Click Apply
