The Win Rate Based on ClosePlan Report is used in the ClosePlan ROI Overview Dashboard

Report type: Opportunities

Groups, Columns and Filters

Group Rows

  • ClosePlan Adoption (Bucket Column, see below)

  • Stage

  • Close Date

Columns:

  • Owner Role

  • Opportunity Owner

  • Account Name

  • Opportunity Name

  • Fiscal Period

  • Amount

  • Expected Revenue

  • Age

  • Created Date

  • Lead Source

  • Type

Summary Formula Columns

  • Win Rate (See Below to create)

  • Set the following fields to ‘Average’:

    • Amount

    • Expected Revenue

    • Age

Filters

Step 1: Filter as needed.

Suggested filter set

  • Show Me: All Opportunities

  • Close Date: Current and Previous FY

  • Opportunity Status: Closed

  • Probability: All

  • Type: New Customer

  • (or as needed according to your Org settings)

  • Type: equals Existing Customer - Upgrade, Existing Customer - Replacement

  • (Or as needed according to your Org settings)

  • CP: Has Deal: greater than 0

Step 2: Add filter logic

  • Click the down arrow to the right of Filters > Add Filter Logic

  • Add Formula: Include Rows Matching: 2 AND (1 OR (3 AND 4))

  • Click Apply

  • Result:

Chart Properties

 

  • Display As: Bar

  • Chart TItle: As needed

  • Y-Axis: ClosePlan Adoption

  • X-Axis: Average Amount

  • Show Values

 

Additional Items

Create the Bucket Column

  • Field: CP: Has Deal

  • Bucket Name: ClosePlan Adoption

Create Summary-Level Formula Column

  • Click the down arrow on the right side of Columns

  • Column Name: Win Rate

  • Description: As needed

  • Formula Output Type: Percent

  • Decimal Points: 2

  • Formula: WON:SUM/CLOSED:SUM

    • Click Validate to check formula

  • Click Apply
