This report provides Users and Managers a view of Opportunities using a Peoplel.ai ClosePlan and those that are not. Each Org is different, so you may want to adjust the instructions here to match your situation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@people.ai
Report Parameters
Custom fields creation: No
Custom report type creation: No
Report type: Opportunities (Standard Report Type)
Create Report
Go to the Reports tab and click New Report
Select Report Type
Select “Opportunities” > Continue
Add Fields
remove any unnecessary fields
Group by:
Opportunity Owner
Account Name
Columns:
Opportunity Name
Stage
Close Date
CP: Has Deal
Add Summary Formula Fields
a. Summary Formula: % with ClosePlan:
Column Name: % with ClosePlan
Description: % of Opportunities with ClosePlan
Type: Percent
Decimal Points: 0
Formula: Opportunity.TSPC__CPDealCount__c:SUM/RowCount
Click Validate to ensure the formula is valid > Apply
b. Summary Formula Field: % without ClosePlan
Column Name: % without ClosePlan
Description: % of Opportunities without ClosePlan
Type: Percent
Decimal Points: 0
Formula: 1-(Opportunity.TSPC__CPDealCount__c:SUM/RowCount)
Click Validate to ensure the formula is valid > Apply

Save & Run: ClosePlan Opportunity Coverage
Add Chart
Click on ‘Add Chart’ in the top right of the Report
Type: Bar
Chart Title: Up to you
Y-Axis:
Opportunity Owner
X-Axis:
% with ClosePlan
% without ClosePlan
