Overview

Standard users assigned with ClosePlan license as Admin can do many, but not all actions in ClosePlan Admin settings as System Administrator user.

In this example, the Standard user was assigned with ClosePlan Admin status, but was prevented from creating Custom Attributes for Account Planning.

This is because creating a Custom Attribute creates a Custom Field on the Object CP: AP Whitespace Item (TSPC_AP_WS_Item__c) and requires system permissions Customize Application in Salesforce

Solution:

This configuration requires a System Administrator

• The User must request their Salesforce System Administrator to add the Custom Attributes (It can be done in 2-3 minutes...)

Or

• The User can ask their Salesforce Admin to give them permission to 'Customize Application'

Note:

Creating a Custom Field requires Salesforce System Administrator access or the 'Customize Application' permission. This permission is not normally assigned to Users. Please contact your Salesforce System Administrator to request permission.
