Show Me: All Opportunities
Close Date: All Time
Opportunity Status: Closed Won
Probability: All
Close Date: equals LAST 11 QUARTERS
Filters for the ROI Dashboard
Filtering is very dependent on Org Settings and desired outcome. This Report is often built with widely varying filters and filter logic. Ask your CSM if you have any questions.
Example Filters
Show Me: All Opportunities
Close Date: Current and Previous FY
Opportunity Status: Closed
Probability: All
Type: New Customer
(or as needed according to your Org settings)
Type: equals Existing Customer - Upgrade, Existing Customer - Replacement
(Or as needed according to your Org settings)
CP: Has Deal: greater than 0
Step 2: Add filter logic
Click the down arrow to the right of Filters > Add Filter Logic
Add Formula: Include Rows Matching: 2 AND (1 OR (3 AND 4))
Click Apply
