ClosePlan does not allow package installation directly from the AppExchange. Instead, you will receive the installation link and information from the ClosePlan team.
Please make sure that all prerequisites are configured properly before initiating the installation process.
ClosePlan can be installed into Production or Sandbox organizations.
- For Production installation, the installation link begins with https://login.salesforce.com/...
- For Sandbox installation, the installation link begins with https://test.salesforce.com/...
ClosePlan Installation Process
Open the installation link using your preferred browser
If needed, log in to your Salesforce organization (You must be a System Administrator)
Select "Install for All Users"
Click Install
Wait until ClosePlan is successfully Installed.
Installation may take some time. You will receive an e-mail when the installation is complete.
To verify that you have installed the ClosePlan Package, go to Setup > in the Quick Find box enter Installed Packages, and look for ClosePlan
If the installation fails, make sure all the prerequisites are in place. If all prerequisites are present, please contact the ClosePlan team and forward any error messages presented during the installation or failure email.
Known Installation blockers:
Very rarely, ClosePlan installation can be blocked. Installation may reveal that Organizations are at their limit of certain Fields, running older releases or are missing Salesforce database components. These limits must be addressed before ClosePlan can be installed.

Older Salesforce Release | None, General Organization | Installation may be prevented if your organization is still running an older Salesforce release. In such case, you must wait until Salesforce is upgraded. Please refer to Salesforce Trust to find out when will your organization will receive the latest update.
