Report Parameters
Custom fields creation: No
Custom report type creation: No
Report type: Opportunities (Standard Report Type)
Create Report
Go to the Reports tab and click New Report
Select Report Type
Select “Opportunities” > Continue
Add Fields
remove any unnecessary fields
Group by:
Opportunity Owner
Account Name
Columns:
Opportunity Name
Stage
Close Date
CP: Has Deal
Add Summary Formula Fields
a. Summary Formula: % with ClosePlan:
Column Name: % with ClosePlan
Description: % of Opportunities with ClosePlan
Type: Percent
Decimal Points: 0
Formula: Opportunity.TSPC__CPDealCount__c:SUM/RowCount
Click Validate to ensure the formula is valid > Apply
b. Summary Formula Field: % without ClosePlan
Column Name: % without ClosePlan
Description: % of Opportunities without ClosePlan
Type: Percent
Decimal Points: 0
Formula: 1-(Opportunity.TSPC__CPDealCount__c:SUM/RowCount)
Click Validate to ensure the formula is valid > Apply

Add Chart
Click on ‘Add Chart’ in the top right of the Report
