This report measures ClosePlan adoption across Opportunities. 

Report Parameters

Custom fields creation: No

Report type: Opportunities

Filters: Different Organizations will require a ClosePlan to be created for Opportunities based on specific data points, for example $ Size or Stage. These can be built into your filters to give a more accurate reflection of adoption based on the expectation communicated to users.

Dashboard: Donut


Steps to create the Report


  • Go to Reports and click New Report

         


  • Select Report Type "Opportunities“ and Continue


        


  • Open Outline tab and add fields for Groups and Columns, remove any unnecessary fields

          

  • Click on Amount field to set Sum and Apply

         

  • Open Filters tab and change filters as is needed. Example:

         


  • Click the Add chart button > go to Chart properties and select Donut chart
  • For Value select Record Count, sliced by CP: ClosePlan Count, mark Show Values, Show Percentages, Show Total. Select desired legend position.

        


  • Click on Save & Run button to save and run the report
  • Provide Report Name and Folder and Save
