Custom Report Types in organizations that use Role Hierarchy show all records below the current Role.
Workaround: Create a "Global" role that sits above all other roles in the system, and then save your custom reports set with "Global" as the hierarchy level. |
Report examples for which you can show data:
Playbook - Event status, Checklist progress and/or Checklist completion, etc.
Scorecard - Overall Scorecard score, Categories score, Questions completed, selected Answers with selected Scores, etc.
Relationships Map - Number of Stakeholders on the map, number of Stakeholders for individual Stakeholders values (i.e. for individual Roles, Support Status, Decision Status), etc.
ClosePlan Coverage - percentage coverage of ClosePlan within Opportunities by Rep.

To create the Field AP Last Modified (Days)
Go to the Gear icon in the top Right > Set up
Select the Object Manager tab
In the Quickfind box enter CP: Account Plan
Select Fields and Relationships > New
Step 1:Choose the field type
Select Formula > Next
Step 2: Choose Output Type
Field Label: AP Last Modified (Days)
Field Name: SUBS_APLastModifiedDays
Formula Return Type: Number (Decimal Places = 0) > Next
Step 3: Enter Formula
Simple Formula: TODAY() - DateValue(LastModifiedDate)
(Click the Check Syntax button to check the formula) > If ok > Next
Step 4. Establish field-level security
Next (or select options as desired)
Step 5: Add to page layouts
Save (Or Save & New of you are creating additional fields)
Historical trend reporting allows tracking of how field values have changed over time.
When setting up historical trend reporting, keep in mind that retaining historical data increases storage requirements.
Salesforce historical tracking limitations:
Because of Salesforce limitations is impossible to track all ClosePlan fields. Workaround solutions must be created via process builder.
