The difference between these Report Types is:

  • Opportunities with/without SC Questions & Answers

    • Shows all Questions, answered or not

  • Opportunities with/without SC Questions & Answers

    • Shows only answered Questions

To create the 'Opportunities with Scorecard Questions /without SC Questions & Answers' and the 'Opportunities with Scorecard Questions and Answers' Report typetypes:

  • Go to Setup > in the Quick Find box enter Report Types > open it > click on New Custom Report Type

Then, create one or both of the Custom Report Types:

  • Sort Order

    • Orders Scorecard Categories in the Report based on the Template.

  • Title

    • Displays the Title for Contacts in the Contact Tracking type Questions
