A user with customized application permission is required to complete this integration, ensure a user with this permission is completing these steps.
Go to Setup and search “Named Credentials”
Click the drop down arrow next to the “New” button and click “New Legacy”
Create a new legacy named credential Legacy Named Credential & enter these exact details:
Label: ClosePlan ZoomInfo Service
Name: ClosePlanZoomInfoService
Identity Type: Per User
Auth. Protocol: No Authentication (The auth. will happen on per user basis later on)
Uncheck ‘Generate Authorization Header’
Check ‘Allow Merge Fields in HTTP Body’
Click Review the settings to ensure they are entered correctly and click Save
Confirm that the named credentials have a green check mark in the Integrations tab on the closeplan admin

Click Save Changes
After clicking Save Changes toggle on the ZoomInfo integration
Validate the integration is configured by opening up a relationship map inside of an Account. You should see that the The ZoomInfo tab will appear in the sidebar.
