A user with customized application permission is required to complete this integration.
Go to Setup and search “Named Credentials”
Click the drop down arrow next to the “New” button and click “New Legacy”
Create a new Legacy Named Credential & enter these exact details:
Label: ClosePlan ZoomInfo Service
Name: ClosePlanZoomInfoService
Identity Type: Per User
Auth. Protocol: No Authentication (The auth. will happen on per user basis later on)
Uncheck ‘Generate Authorization Header’
Check ‘Allow Merge Fields in HTTP Body’
Review the settings to ensure they are entered correctly and click Save
Confirm that the named credentials have a green check mark in the Integrations tab on the closeplan admin

If you have installed the ZoomInfo managed package and have HAVENOT created any custome custom ZoomInfo fields, this step can be skipped If you have installed the ZoomInfo managed package and HAVE created custom ZoomInfo fields (instead of using fields from the managed package), those fields must be mapped.

Go to Integrations under the Environment in Closeplan Admin
Go to the Field Mapping Section and for each item map the appropriate ZoomInfo custom fields.
If you created fields based on the instructions above, the configuration will look like the following:
Click Save Changes
After clicking Save Changes toggle on the ZoomInfo integration
Validate the integration is configured by opening up a relationship map inside of an Account.
The ZoomInfo tab will appear in the sidebar.
