Opportunities with ClosePlans - Standard report type. This Report shows only Opportunities with a ClosePlan. These reports cannot be modified; the standard fields in the report type layout cannot be renamedOpportunities with/without ClosePlan - Custom report type. This Report shows Opportunities with and without a ClosePlan. In this Report, fields can be renamed, however, hidden fields and a few standard fields will not be available (e.g. Fiscal period, Age)

How to create the 'Opportunities with/without ClosePlan' custom report type:
Go to Setup > in the Quick Find box enter Report types > open it > click on New Custom Report Type

Enter Report Type Label (: Opportunities with/without ClosePlan) and Name (Name will auto enter: OpportunitiesWithWithoutClosePlan) and the Description
Report Type Name This value will auto populate. Change to: OpportunitiesWithWithoutClosePlan

Store in Category: Opportunities
Deployment Status: Deployed>
